If your website is outdated or slow, I build a private proposal of the new one for free. Same texts, photos and page addresses, but fast and easy to read on a phone. I send you a link and you judge whether it is worth it.
I take over the texts, photos and page structure. Page addresses stay the same, so the site keeps the search rankings it already has.
The proposal runs at a separate address that only you know. Search engines do not see it and nothing links to it.
If you like it, we agree on a price and I move it to your domain. If not, you pay nothing and I delete the proposal 30 days after sending the link.
The proposal is free and does not commit you to anything.
I rebuild the old site: fast, easy to use on a phone, with the same content and the same page addresses, so you keep your search rankings. If you want, I add more languages. Technical SEO is part of it: structured data, a sitemap, properly linked language versions and fast loading. I measure speed and SEO on the old and the new site, so you see the difference in numbers.

Since 2023 I have been Product Lead and Executive Director of OldMapsOnline, a portal for historical maps with about 9 million page views per 30 days. We relaunched it at Stanford together with the David Rumsey Map Collection.
Before that I was a product manager at Melown Technologies (later acquired by Hexagon), worked in business development at Windy.com, and was a project manager in business development at Seznam.cz, the Czech search engine and portal.
I have also built Shopify integrations that run in production, an iOS app in the App Store and data-feed integrations.
