Visitor statistics

I measure visits with my own installation of Umami. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data. The IP address is only used to tell visits apart anonymously and is not stored. I see totals only, such as how many people opened a page, where they came from and what kind of device they used.

E-mails

If you write to me, I use your address and message only to reply and for any work we agree on. I do not pass them on and do not add you to any newsletter.

Website proposals

I build proposals for new websites from the publicly available content of the business's current website. A proposal can only be opened with a private link, search engines do not see it, and I delete it when the period ends, or earlier at any time on request.

For proposals I count, in the same way and without cookies or personal data, how many times they were opened, so I know whether the business looked at it.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Just write to tomas@slvk.cz. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (uoou.gov.cz).
